Q. What is Hosting Space A. A Hosting space is a set of resources (services), "piece" of server where hosting items (domains, websites, mail accounts, etc.) can be created. A Hosting space is determined by a hosting plan and cannot exist without a target hosting plan. A Hosting Plan dictates how many allocated resources a hosting space has (hosting plan quotas). To view available spaces: 1. go to Account Home page and click Spaces menu item in the left menu pane. The User Spaces page will then open 2. This page displays the list of spaces assigned to you by ResellerChoice.com, you can view the details of these resources by clicking each individual space. These are the spaces available for you to use to create domains, mail domains, email accounts, databases, etc... You can opt to create your domains directly inside of these hosting spaces, or you can elect to sub-divide them further (for reselling) by creating hosting plans and spaces of your own. To view your customer hosting spaces: 1. Go to Account home and click "customers" in the left menu 2. Click on the customer name you wish to review the hosting space of 3. The main customer page will open and the list of hosting spaces in the main pane under "user spaces"

Control Panel update

Please be advised that server administrators will be upgrading the DotNetpanel control panel software on Thursday, February 18th 2010 from 9:00pm ET to 02:00am ET. During this update, the control panel (http://panel.realssl.com) may be unavailable for a brief period of time (up to 15 minutes). This maintenance is being performed to take advantage of new features and bug fixes recently released in version 2.8.12. If you run your own control panel installation you will need to upgrade it using the control panel package installer once the maintenance has been completed.
