Q. HOW TO: Add a Domain for a customer

A. As a Reseller you can choose to either add a domain directly under yourself into your master / Reseller hosting space, or you can create a customer and space and add the domain there.
This article discusses how to add a domain for a customer under their hosting spaces.

1. Go to Account Home, in the left menu click "Customers" Link
2. Select the customer you wish to add a domain for and click his name to access his hosting spaces
3. On your customer's account home page (check breadcrumbs to make sure you are in your client's account) look for the User Space section on the main pane.
2. The User Space section displays all your client's hosting space that you have created for him.
3. Select which space you wish to add your domain to by click the space name
4. The hosting space you selected will now open up
5. In the left menu click on "Domains"
6. In the main pane click " Add Domain"
7. Specify your domain and click "Add Domain"
8. You are returned to your list of domains. You can now start adding web sites or email accounts for this domain.

Control Panel update

During this update, the control panel (http://panel.realssl.com) may be unavailable for a brief period of time (up to 15 minutes).
